Q: What's the strangest thing you've found in a gutter? 
A: A surprising number of tennis balls, kids' toys, and enough moss to start a small garden! Q: What's the biggest myth about gutters? A: People think it’s clear from the bottom, without seeing inside. Q: How often should gutters be cleaned?
Most homes benefit from a clean once a year, or twice a year if you've got lots of nearby trees. A: It depends. It depends on how much moss your roof has and how close you are to trees. So ideally once a year, but depending on your situation sometimes twice. Q: What's your favourite part of the job?
 A: The variety of jobs, people and locations every single day. Really enjoy that each week brings a new type of challenge. Q: Tea or coffee before starting the day?
 A: Definitely coffee… although I won't say no to a cup of tea if a customer offers one! Q: What's one thing every homeowner should know?
 A: Small gutter problems are much cheaper to fix than water damage caused by ignoring them. Q: What's your favourite tool?
 A: My gutter vacuum, as it lets me clear gutters safely from the ground and gets even better results than scooping out by hand. Q: Do you enjoy working at height?
 Not particularly, but sometimes you just have to! After five years, it just feels like another day at the office. Q: What's the most satisfying job you've completed?
 A: There have been quite a few over the years, but one that still stands out to this day is Everleigh Manor, a Grade 2 listed palladium mansion once owned by King Ine, King Henry 6th & 8th, as well as Queen Elizabeth. Very cool!
